"In 1904, GeorgeEdwin Taylor became the first African American to run for president of the United States."

Why were the many politicians that came before George Edwin Taylor not successful? How did Mr.Taylor prosper? After reading the article, A Forgotten Presidential Candidate From 1904.” NPR.Org, https://www.npr.org/sections/npr-history-dept/2015/12/01/455267676/a-forgotten-presidential-candidate-from-1904. Accessed 19 Jan. 2020 I understood other leading black politicians like Fredrick Douglas, T.Thomas Fortune ,Blanche k. Bruce paved the way for George Edwin Taylor.
The most likely difference laid down was simply his marginal status.

Although his run for presidency was a symbolic gesture, Taylor  believed it to be “a duty to his race” to continue to fight for civil rights and economic opportunity for African Americans. Unfortunately, he came into many issues with the government and social systems that became complicated to even campaign or solicit for votes. some say the whole campaign was unrealistic and over-ambitious. It was quite likely George Edwin Taylor was the first African-American to run for the office with the backing of a national political party.

https://youtu.be/UFYpftGIWJE Who is George Edwin Taylor?

Unlike George , many politicians voting was restricted. Many decisions were made by negotiations of state and party leaders "behind closed doors." This obviously made any type of running almost ridicule for attempting. Or , attempting to right wrongs against African Americans authorized by law and sanctioned or tolerated by public opinion.

African American candidates have a variety of reasons for running for president. Some candidates run because they think they can win. Others run to influence the national debate by advocating for specific policy proposals.

Fact 2 : In 1868 , President Andrew Johnson became the 1st United States President to be impeached.

Did you know , No president thus far that has been impeached has been convicted ? Andrew Jackson was saved by ONE only vote and as for president Bill Clinton was supported by the democratic senate. Today , our current president Donald Trump is in his own impeachment situation. His actions of refusing to divest from his regular business visions which has placed him in violation of the United State's Constitution Foreign Emoluments Clause and Domestic Emoluments Clause.

Currently the U.S president , Donald Trump is looking himself into an impeachment, The Legal Advisory Board provided us with some reasons of why Donald Trump should be impeache : obstruction of justice , violations of the Foreign Emoluments Clause and Domestic Emoluments Clause of the United States Constitution ,conspiring with others to: (a) commit crimes against the United States involving the solicitation and intended receipt by the Donald J. Trump campaign of things of value from a foreign government and other foreign nationals; and (b) conceal those violations, advocating illegal violence, giving aid and comfort to white supremacists and neo-Nazis, and undermining constitutional protections of equal protection under the law, abusing the pardon power, recklessly threatening nuclear war against foreign nations, undermining and subverting the essential diplomatic functions and authority of federal agencies, including the United States Department of State, and engaging in other conduct that grossly and wantonly endangers the peace and security of the United States, its people and people of other nations, by heightening the risk of hostilities involving weapons of mass destruction, with reckless disregard for the risk of death and grievous bodily harm, and far more reasons.

Our late President Andrew Jackson was impeached for specifically violating the tenure of office act ,  for firing the Secretary of war. This president also had problems by ,creating pet banks and transferring peoples money without congressional approval , creating the specie circular without approval that led to distress economically ,breaking 10th amendment , kicking native Americans out of their land.

Did you know Our president Donald Trump has hung a picture of Andrew Jackson right in his oval office? Many have noticed the stunning similarities these two have with one another. Mike Pence even mentioned " There hasn't been anything like this since Andrew Jackson" -referring to Donald Trump take of office. Both presidents ran a populist election campaign , being known aspolitical outsiders and conservatives  as well as strong personalities. Now,did Andrew's actions led him to deserve his impeachment? Does Donald trump deserve his potential impeachment ?
Similarly , these two created toxic political environments, by using controversial rhetoric. These two impeachments have/had moved in a speed of light.Theseimpeachements are used as a way to amplify political differences and grievances during a polarization. Summing up , that the use of impeachment is a great injustice to the constitution is congress accusing a president of abuse of power while abusing their own power.
Besides , the stunning similarities personally and stylistic ways...Donald Trump's impeachment is much more deserved due to  a reshaping of American politics: a  partisan divide driven by movement activists, and a concentration of unilateral administrative power in the hands of modern presidents.Section 4 of Article II of the US Constitution states that "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors." This part of our constitution is where the two presidents divide. Andrew Jackson DID NOT Fail to this , but as for Donald Trump , evidence proves otherwise.
.Both  presidents came into the presidency with a strong public support having a slogan of change and removal of the corrupt political regime of the country.Making  comparisons between political cultures separated by two centuries leads us into an innacuarte presentation between the two.

Fact 1 : " Less than one-third of students who start out at public colleges will graduate within six years."

Why are our students not completing school on- time & why are we not keeping track of them?  , it’s my second semester here at Georgia Gwinnett. I made a couple of friends last semester that did not continue to come back to school, due to different situations of course. My fellow English teacher, also mentioned to me that any piece of data regarding this quote is not as accurate as it seems...due to the way the U.S department of education requiring schools to report degree attainment by students who graduate from their institutions. Her statement can be better explained in the following article I researched,  https://www.cappex.com/articles/blog/government-publishes-graduation-rate-data

Some other opinions include: Other statistics vary due to just providing feedback from full- time and first-time students. Which leaves out a huge chunk out of those who were part-time and transfer students , the complex system of courses and options that these colleges provide it is hard for a student to stay on track and seem to be in a circle of different career moves. Meredith Kolender believes there is a big need in reconstructing the college programs. She says these schools lack an overall plan for students, instead just throwing so many courses on their laps.

“We call this the cafeteria college: There’s a lot of stuff there, but students end up with a lot of wheel-spinning.” Tom Bailey, Community College Research Center; I really like this quote because it describes our school system very well , due to so many choices and not enough concentration on one career pathway , students become overwhelmed and have a higher chance of discontinuing their education.

After viewing all the statistics and opinions from the public is clear to understand that even though the data isn't 100 percent accurate there is a huge number in students who do not graduate on time from when they begin. Of course, there are a billion of people in a billion different situations that contribute to this. I believe our education could be better if they really suited the students who need help the most in any way possible. From what I learned from researching this fact is that our data will always be improving into taking every student accountable for!
